Welcome to Ovation Hall! This Getting Started Guide provides you with all of the essential information you need to get up and running quickly. Learn how to access your account using the client area, log in to your Cpanel, set up email accounts, configure your website’s domain settings, and more.

When you become a partner of Ovation Hall, you have access to three major things. Your;

  1. Client area
  2. Cpanel, and a
  3. The Knowledgebase (where you are now)

Apart from these, you also have access to our hotline +233 54 877 1088 (which is also our WhatsApp contact), many more such as our ticketing system on your client area, and Contact form on our main home page.

You can use any of them to reach us.

The Client Area

The client area is your first point of contact after you purchase our products (hosting package, domain, or ID Protection)

The URL for the Client area is https://ovationhall.com/clientarea/

Here, you can manage your domain, check your hosting package and expiry dates, submit a ticket. You can actually do more on your Client area. You can navigate around it to see all that.

Your Cpanel

Your Cpanel details (including URL, username, and password) would be sent to you after your account has been activated.

Please keep this information safely because you will always need it when you want to access it.

cPanel is a web-based hosting control panel provided to website owners allowing them to manage their websites from a web-based interface. You can play around it to see more of what you can do with it.

The Knowledgebase

The Knowledgebase provides all information about how to use our services. Instead of answering our clients’ questions one after the other, we have put this together to help provide a one time answer to frequently asked questions to whoever may need them.

Please make good use of the search form on the home page.

If you need an answer to something which is not here, you can always use the other means of communication.

We always recommend that you follow this hierarchy when you want to ask a question which hasn’t got an answer on the Knowledgebase.
